An alarming Mahlzeit in Nuremberg

I saw this little delivery vehicle (car? scooter?) in Nuremberg. The cow is wearing a banner that says "Mahlzeit," which means "meal" or "meal time." I thought it was a bit warped (but funny, nonetheless).
