We had a name for the main "bird" in the fountain, but it's not very polite so I shall not write it here. ;) Yes, this artist has made several fountains in the Pfalz. That I know of, Gernot Rumpf did the fountains also in Kaiserslautern and in Ramstein. His style is odd but it's growing on me.
Ha! I think I have seen that one, or at least a similar one....there are weird statues like that in several Pfalz towns!!
